Information Technology Services – Gippsland Campus Casual position HEW 3 - $43.22 hourly rate including 25% loading plus superannuation About the role You will assist in the delivery of both first-tier and second-tier technical support across Federation University campuses. In this customer-focused position, the officer is tasked with proactively managing daily tasks, which include responding promptly to IT, AV, and other technical issues encountered by staff and students. By prioritising and efficiently addressing support requests, the Systems Support Officer ensures minimal disruption to university operations and fosters a seamless user experience. About you You will have demonstrated customer service, have good IT knowledge and skills and be willing to provide onsite in person IT support as required. You will be available to work four to five days a week for up to six months with work commencing as soon as possible. This based at our Gippsland Campus and is an on-campus position only. All University positions must hold a valid Employer Working with Children (WWC) check.
