Competitive Pay & Perks Starting at $17.85/hour + gratuities, increasing to $23.42/hour after 90 shifts, with bi-annual increases. Complimentary meals and uniform laundering. Participate in CSR initiatives that support our community and environment. What You’ll Do Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service at a variety of banquet events. Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and hospitality. Serve meals and beverages to guests following hotel service standards. Maintain a detailed knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service. Uphold safety, sanitation, and hotel policies in all areas of service. Assist with setup, breakdown, and other duties to support a flawless guest experience. Qualifications What You Bring Previous front-of-house experience in hospitality or customer service. Serving It Right certification (required). Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Calm, courteous, and composed in fast-paced situations. Collaborative team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and overnights. Fluency in English (required) and fluency in French is an asset. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly. Ability to carry three or more plates at once. Comfortable with frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair climbing.
