Role Responsibilities Bar Assistant (Catering) Casual rate Under instruction and following appropriate training: Responsible for operating within all licensing conditions, bar policies and procedures. Serving food and drinks. Basic cleaning tasks. Ensuring that the bar runs in an efficient manner. Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.
