• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Operate till and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment always.
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels before, during, and after services.
• Check ID to ensure alcohol is not served to underage customer.
• Always follow licensing regulations and theatre policies.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to patrons.
• Communicate effectively with the Duty Manager, Front of House team, and other departments.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
