Role Responsibilities Bar Supervisor (Catering) Casual rate 2 Under instruction and following appropriate training: Responsible for operating within all licensing conditions, bar policies and procedures. Serving food and drinks. Basic cleaning tasks Ensuring that the bar runs in an efficient manner Leading the shift, ensuring that the bar is operating within the licensing conditions and all bar policies and procedures. Ensuring that all daily and weekly tasks are completed Cashing up Securing the premises at the end of shift.
