We are a growing café in Merewether looking for a fast working, fun and vibrant barista to join a great team and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout our venue. A friendly manner is highly valued as we have many repeat customers daily that mean so much to us.
Successful candidates will have a strong focus on customer service and teamwork, is adaptable, reliable, responsible, clean and presentable, takes initiative with a strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution and basic food safety standards.
This is a relatively job but we do get busy at times so an ability to switch to second gear is vital.

Daily duties would be as follows:

• Standard café operations including opening and closing procedures, taking orders using POS system, maintaining general cleanliness of establishment and equipment, making various fresh beverages, serving cakes, taking payments and counting the till, serving takeaway and table service.
• Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering.
• Completing daily reports.

RSA required.
