Job Title: Experienced Barista / Front of House – Casual, Immediate Start
Location: Currimundi, Sunshine Coast, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (37.5 hrs/week)

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Barista / Front of House team member to join our busy bakery. This is a fast-paced role, so we need someone who can pick up bakery and barista duties quickly and confidently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
• Serving freshly baked bread, pies, cakes and salad bar items
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with our regulars
• Assisting with daily café and bakery operations, including restocking and cleaning
• Supporting a friendly and positive team environment

Requirements:

• Proven barista experience and strong coffee-making skills
• Able to work independently and quickly adapt to new tasks
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Enjoy interacting with regular customers and being part of a team
