POSITION 1 — CASUAL BARTENDER
As a Joy & Joy Bartender, you'll be the face of the bar at some of the Gold Coast's most celebrated events. You'll craft cocktails and beverages with flair, engage guests with warmth and professionalism, and contribute to the seamless flow of every event you work.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
✔ A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate — or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing
✔ A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine enjoyment of engaging with people
✔ A flair for creativity and theatrical presentation — we love bartenders who bring personality to the bar!
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
✔ Prior bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required — full training is provided
✔ A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
✔ Confidence, warmth, and a natural ability to connect with a diverse range of guests
✔ Ability to carry trays, move efficiently, and stay composed throughout a long service period
✔ Reliable, well-presented, and committed to upholding our luxury brand standards
✔ Must have your own transport
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays across the Gold Coast
