• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, juices
• Promptly take orders and serve breakfast dishes in accordance with hotel standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas at all times
• Monitor and replenish buffet stations and beverage supplies to ensure consistent availability
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service
• Have a thorough knowledge of the breakfast menu and any special dietary options available
• Uphold the hotel’s high standards, policies, and service procedures
• Ensure tables and dining areas, both inside and outside, meet presentation and hygiene standards
• Maintain effective communication with your line manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
