We are seeking a talented and reliable
Chef de Partie to join our energetic team. If you’re passionate about great food, have a can-do attitude, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE

This is a Casual position, work hours including nights and weekends. You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.
• Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.
• Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
• Provide guidance & support to junior chefs.

About You:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a CDP in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary & communication skills.
• A self-motivated professional with a proactive approach, keen ability to use your own initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethics.
