Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are seeking several talented and passionate Casual Chef de Parties to join our experienced culinary team. This is your chance to work in a stunning Hunter Valley location alongside a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency. Present beautifully crafted dishes, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly dressed. Maintain stock control and ensure the safe and proper storage of food and kitchen supplies. Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing new menu items with the Head Chef. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of a variety of cooking methods and techniques. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset. A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for food.
