This is your opportunity to work with some of the state’s most experienced and highly regarded chefs in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.

As a Casual Chef, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, contributing to large-scale events and banquets. We’re looking for versatile all-rounders with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including peak service times, is essential.
