Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate casual educators to support our Centres in the Inner West Sydney region.
As a Casual Educator at Young Academics, you will support the Centre staff to provide high-quality, inclusive education and care. You will assist educators and ensure every child in your care feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.

• Support the Centre Staff providing high quality education and care
• Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote each child’s identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
• Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols.
• Build & maintain clear and accurate communication within the team, children and families, and nurture professional, supportive and respectful relationships
