• Build strong, respectful relationships with youth
• Maintain a safe, secure, and emotionally stable environment
• Follow policies to prevent unsafe situations, including youth leaving without permission
• Assist with daily routines, program activities, and meal preparation
• Support the youth’s identity, self-concept, and emotional well-being
• Advocate for youth rights and ensure access to support resources
• Teach basic life and coping skills, including emotional regulation and problem-solving
