POSITION OVERVIEW

• Pay: $20/hour + full tips
• Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Independent Contractor)
• Service Area: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) and Saturday (10am–5pm)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
  Please note: You may start with fewer hours during the trial period. As trust and performance are proven, more hours will be offered.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Must have your own reliable vehicle (driving is required daily)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential/house cleaning
• Must be dependable, punctual, and take direction well
• Good communication and professional attitude
• Available to check in at our local office each day for equipment pickup and return
• Able to work solo or in small teams

• Residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/out, Airbnb)
• Follow structured cleaning checklists and timelines
• Work independently or as part of a 2-person team
• Collect supplies/tools from our office daily before your shift and return them after work
• Provide consistent, detail-oriented service in client homes
