REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
  • Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
  • Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
  • Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
  • Polite phone etiquette; and
  • Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities

As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
  • Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
  • Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
  • Answering questions about venues and providing all relevant information
  • Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
  • Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
  • Updating details in membership system
  • Issuing Workers’ Gift Cards
  • Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
  • Facilitate cloak room service; and
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
