About the role Salvos Stores Contact Centre are looking for a Casual Contact Centre Representative to join our team in Noble Park. You will play an essential role managing high volumes of inbound calls and emails, in a structured work environment, and ensure all enquiries are answered and managed in a timely and professional manner. Your role as Contact Centre Representative will include, but not be limited to; Attending to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner Responding to email and phone inquiries as they arise, which may entail liaising with other departments to ensure quality outcomes and service delivery is met. Manage and maintain accurate donor records across their respective databases for home collection services Keep up to date with Salvos Stores and the Salvation Army’s information, services and programs. Complete Contact Centre office and administration duties and other tasks in a timely and accurate manner As the successful applicant you will have; Experience working in a busy front-line customer service based role, ideally in a Contact Centre environment. Experience managing customer objections and complaints.
