About the opportunity Werribee Mercy Hospital is looking for dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurses (CCRN) to join our casual bank to work shifts in our Emergency Department and/or ICU. Casual Bank Position for CCRNs Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. Must hold a Critical Care Certificate Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 Minimum 12 months recent acute hospital experience High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent clinical skill base and critical thinking skills Available for a minimum of 2 shifts per fortnight Ability to work in a team environment To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check. Responsibilities
