We have a fantastic casual opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at London Golders Green.
Location: London Golders Green Station
Schedule: Casual, no set hours, however shifts can be between 08:00 and 18:00
Interview Date: Thursday 24th July (onsite)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. You’ll provide helpful and friendly support to passengers and staff in a busy transport hub. Whether it’s selling tickets, answering questions, pointing someone in the right direction, or helping keep everyone safe – your role will make a real difference to someone’s day.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and proactive approach
  • Providing information about services, updates, and disruptions clearly and accurately
  • Using ticketing and operational systems confidently and responsibly
  • Supporting and encouraging team members, and helping with training when needed
  • Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
