Description

FULL TRAINING IN LIBRARY FUNCTIONS PROVIDED!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to provide an efficient, friendly and high-quality service to the residents and visitors of Karumba.
Working in the Karumba Customer Service Centre & Library, this position provides front line customer service and library attendant duties.
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, however, is not essential as full training will be provided.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Great public relations skills
  • Cash handling skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • High level communication skills
  • Ability to provide administrative support to all areas of Council
