Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

Responsibilities will include:

  • Using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
  • Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to customers
  • Preparing stock for return to inventory
  • Investigating repair options for items
  • Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
  • Preparing reports for vendor claims
  • Extensive liaison with various departments
