Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
  • Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift
  • Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 8 months of experience in disability or community support
  • Clear communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach
  • Someone flexible, reliable, and available across both weekdays and weekends
  • A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility
