Our newly built, modern licensed childcare facility in Tuxedo Park is looking to expand our pool of On-Call Educators (Level 1, 2, or 3) to support our world-class team. As a member of our on-call roster, you’ll step in to ensure continuity of care and learning whenever coverage is needed.
Blüm Childcare Academy is a child-centric program rooted in Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles. Our beautifully designed, clutter-free classrooms are intentional learning spaces that promote calm, independence, and creativity.

As an On-Call Educator, you will:

• Provide consistent, nurturing care and engaging supervision
• Support classroom routines and assist with learning activities
• Communicate respectfully with students, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and stimulating classroom environment
• Step into various age groups and classrooms with adaptability and a warm presence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Alberta Child Care Certification (Level 1, 2 or 3)
• Current Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past 8 weeks)
• Valid First Aid & CPR (AHS-approved)

BONUS SKILLS:

• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Interest in or familiarity with Montessori and Reggio philosophies
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-standard environment
