We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Chef to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium.
With the opportunity to work on amazing events including Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering space.

Responsibilities
  • You will assist the Retail Head Chef in leading the food delivery in one of our event day retail outlets. This consists of GA premium hospitality, 16 concessional outlets within the stadium and 8 fan-zone units within the Fan Plaza.
  • Creating and delivering outstanding food that is creative and on trend.
  • Supporting in the mobilisation stage – supporting test events with the preparation of menus & recipes into our procurement system
  • Work with senior staff to build a team structure for service, supporting with training team members
  • Stock management including placing orders, stock usage and recording wastage. You will be required to complete any relevant kitchen paperwork daily and ensure all checks are carried out and H&S is followed at all times.
  • Support with the set up of the kiosks, ensuring they are adaptable and highly functional to support with speed of service, safety and maintenance standards.
