We are hiring for a Casual F&B Service Expert!

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

  • Ensure positive guest relations by warmly welcoming, anticipate needs, engage in conversation and have general hotel and area knowledge.
  • Perform high quality and prompt guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness of work environment
  • Set up F&B areas, including setting restaurant tables, restocking supplies, polishing silverware
  • Accurately process all payment methods and record transactions in POS system in timely manner
  • Complete closing and opening duties
  • Follow excellent grooming standards
  • Manage room service orders and delivery
  • Follow all Health & Safety and Marriott Policy and Procedures
