We are currently seeking a Casual Facility Maintenance Worker/Painter to assist our team at The Journey Club in the prestigious, active, and vibrant community of Westman Village in Calgary, AB.
As a Hvac service technician you thrive on attention to detail and take pride in every task or project completed with the utmost accuracy. You’ll work in a home like environment, with a high level of respect towards the individuality and dignity of each resident, family member and co-worker you interact with. You come to the table prepared to roll up your sleeves, complete a variety of tasks, and are equipped with a flexible schedule to get the job done.

A day in the life of a Facility Maintenance Worker/Painter at The Journey Club:

• Repairing resident rooms for new occupants.
• Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community.
• Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, provincial and local standards.
• Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
