ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a number of Casual Fan Support Assistants to be the face of Everton Football Club at Hill Dickinson Stadium, and be the first point of contact for fans and visitors, showcasing friendliness and professional from the outset.
As a Casual Fan Support Assistant you will be a part of the extended Fan Services team, supporting in the welcoming and assisting both home and away supporters on a matchday in and around Hill Dickinson Stadium and occasionally, as required, at alternative venues in the city as part of matchday engagement delivery and act as a brand ambassador for the Club, always thriving towards our motto – Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.

Other core responsibilities you will cover as part of this role include:

  • Assisting home and away supporters with any access or turnstile issues they may have and providing them with key information for issue resolution
  • Assist in improving the matchday experience by providing an effective ‘happy to help’ service before, during and after games
  • Identify the specific nature of queries from supporters and take appropriate action to resolve these – doing so in a pro-active manner as appropriate
  • To handle, or if necessary, escalate, complaints from supporters ensuring they are resolved when possible

Who we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience of dealing with customers face to face.
Our fans travel far and wide to come and enjoy a matchday experience they won’t forget, it’s not essential but if you are able to speak more than one language and have previous experience of helping and supporting a diverse customer base, then we would love to hear from you!
This position is on a casual basis covering matchdays (and other events held) across the 2025/2026 season.
