Casual Float Phlebotomist - PAML Labcorp is seeking a Casual Float Phlebotomist to join our team at Burien, WA Work Schedule: Monday - Friday hours vary between 7:00am-7:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed Job Responsibilities: • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. • Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner • Process billing information and collect payments when required • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis • Maintain patient and specimen information logs • Provide superior customer service to all patients • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary • Travel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Must have valid Washington issued Phlebotomy License or have application for Phlebotomy License filed with the Washington State Department of Health at time of hire. Completed Phlebotomy training program from an accredited agency or 3 months’ experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications: 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards: • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test • Must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record • Flexibility to work overtime as needed • Exceptional customer service • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Comfortable working under minimal supervision At PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics Pay Range: $22.30-$30.41 per hour Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/HR plus mileage reimbursement Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
