Job Description We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations. This is a casual role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events. Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests. Greeting & welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings. Assisting guests with menu offerings & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge. Set up & pack down of conference rooms Qualifications A friendly, self-motivated personality with the ability to work within a team. A demonstrated understanding of industry-related technology systems Current RSA certificate Additional Information What's in it for you?
