General Information The Cowichan Valley Regional District is now accepting applications for the casual Food & Beverage I opportunity in the at the Kerry Park Recreation Centre in South Cowichan Recreation Division within the Community Services Department. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Coordinator the Food & Beverage I provides pleasant, professional customer service to patrons and performs cashiering, dish washing, bussing, and concession attendant duties. Qualifications Minimum completion of Grade 9. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Experience working in a food and beverage environment (kitchen/concession) would be an asset. Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate must be prepared to work a flexible variety of shifts including days & evenings on weekdays & weekends. Salary This non-union position has a wage range in two steps - $20.22 - $21.40 per hour (2025 rates), as per the Non-Union Wage Scale, plus 17.2% pay in lieu of vacation, benefits and statutory holidays, as per the Non-Union Wage Scale.
