DESCRIPTION:

Pastuso is a gem of Melbourne’s restaurant scene, and undoubtedly one of Australia’s finest Peruvian restaurants. Sitting at the foot of the AC/DC Lane, our prime location means that the CBD is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town!
We’re looking for 2 x Food & Beverage Salespeople to join the team on a Casual basis. The ideal candidates will be available to work Thursday to Sunday, with a strong emphasis on Friday and Saturday. 10 to 20 hrs per week for now, but must be available in December for 30+ hours per week.
As a Food & Beverage Salesperson in our fast-paced environment, your day-to-day will involve welcoming and engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering an outstanding dining experience. You’ll confidently recommend dishes, upsell where appropriate, and ensure every table receives attentive and professional service. Whether you’re serving on the floor or handling guest inquiries, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere. With opportunities to cross-train across different areas, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on guest interaction, and is eager to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic team.
