We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, is essential.
• A background in teaching or education is highly desirable, as it aids in effectively communicating strategies and techniques to players.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage training schedules, match days, and player development plans.

• Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual players and the group as a whole.
• Conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
• Analyse player performance during matches and training sessions, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development and team strategy.
• Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school officials regarding player progress and team dynamics.
