Umberto Espresso Bar & Gigi Rooftop are on the search for a passionate, personable and motivated individual to join our front-of-house team, across our busy venues.

We are gearing up for a busy season ahead with our rooftop venue to re-open shortly and are looking to add some all rounders to our team.

• Working at a busy, established venue
• Ongoing training with a genuine pathway to promotion
• Passionate, hands-on owner-operators who value their staff

We are looking for experienced section waiters with bar tending experience who have a passion for the industry and ability to deliver genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidates must have:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Work as part of a close knit team
• Availablility on weekends and evenings
• an RSA and an appreciation for Italian wines is an advantage
• A love for pasta
