Due to continued growth in our events portfolio, The Fresh Collective Brisbane is seeking experienced Casual Function & Event Supervisor to join our dynamic service team. This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venues—Waters Edge at Portside Wharf, Riverlife at Kangaroo Point, and Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane—delivering a diverse range of functions and events.

• Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
• Deliver outstanding client experiences across cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners
• Oversee all service aspects from setup to pack down
• Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
• Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
