About Us: Inside Out Makeovers & Maintenance is a local, high-quality garden maintenance business. We look after private gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces with a focus on detail and customer care. — The Role: Garden bed weeding, pruning, mowing & edging Seasonal planting and plant care Assisting with lawn & plant nutrition programs Working alongside the owner and sometimes independently — What You’ll Get: Guaranteed minimum 10 to 15 hours per week (with the option for extra) Hands-on training from an experienced horticulturalist Friendly team environment where your work is valued Consistent roster & regular clients in your local area — What We’re Looking For: Reliable, punctual and ready to work outdoors in all seasons Good communication skills with customers and team members Willingness to learn and follow direction Driver’s licence preferred (not essential if local and can get to jobs) Available for at least the next 6 months — How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed with your CV and answers to these short questions: 1.
