We’re looking casual Grounds & Maintenance Persons to join our team at Busselton Villas & Glamping Village in the stunning South-West region of Western Australia.

Busselton Villas & Glamping Village is located in the City of Busselton, just a short stroll to the pristine waters of Geographe Bay.
We provide a range of self-contained villas, apartments, and luxury glamping tents, catering to holidaymakers, interstate and intrastate travellers, and corporate guests.
With peak seasons, school holidays, and year-round tourism, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing and well-maintained environment.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:
· Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working around people
· Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on duties
· Neat, tidy, and takes pride in their appearance
· Confident in time management and able to work both independently and as part of a team
· Experienced in general maintenance, groundskeeping, or property care
· Comfortable working in a hospitality or tourism environment
· Available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including some weekends and public holidays

REQUIREMENTS

· Valid manual driver’s licence
· Current police clearance
· Entitlement to work in Australia
· Willingness to complete training as required
· Availability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, presentation, and general maintenance of our grounds, gardens, facilities, and accommodation.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who enjoys variety, can work autonomously, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· General grounds and property maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
· Painting and presentation — touch-ups, fences, furniture, and communal areas
· Swimming pool checks and maintenance (Aquatics Technical Operators Certificate desirable)
· General building repairs and minor maintenance tasks
· Maintaining BBQs, communal kitchens, laundry areas, and guest facilities
· Using and maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery, including; Ride-on mowers, Whipper snippers, Hedge trimmers, High-powered hand tools
· Assisting with other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager
· Providing friendly and polite assistance to guests when required
· Working as part of a team but also managing your time effectively when working independently
