pentahotel Reading is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well regarded Food and Beverage team as a Casual Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the front of house aspect of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.
You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service.

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Dealing with guest enquiries
• Taking payments
• Liaising with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
• Knowledge of OPERA
• Serving food and drinks to our guests
