We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This is not a “clipboard and office” role — you’ll be on the floor, working alongside the team, while also keeping everything running smoothly.

Your focus will be:

• Leading by example in day-to-day packing, picking, and dispatch.
• Supervising a small team to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Training and motivating staff to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintaining tidy, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Reporting back to management on staff performance and output.
• Stock management and inventory checks.

• Experienced – ideally 2+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or supervisory role.
• Tech-friendly – comfortable with basic computer systems (Shopify, inventory software, etc.).
