QUALIFICATIONS FOR CASUAL HEALTH CARE SECURITY GUARD

  • Valid Alberta Security License
  • First Aid and CPR certification (Standard or Emergency Level)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Experience in healthcare security, customer service, or related fields is an asset
  • Physical ability to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond to emergencies
  • Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a casual/on-call basis
