WE ARE SEEKING ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, EXPERIENCED CASUAL HOUSEKEEPERS TO JOIN OUR CLEANING TEAM.

Ideally, you will have a background in the hospitality environment, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and be a highly reliable individual.

A LITTLE ABOUT US

We are located in the City of Busselton, in the beautiful Southwest Region of Western Australia, and provide self-contained Villas, Apartments, and Luxury Glamping Tents catering to tourists, interstate and intrastate guests, and corporate travellers.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
  • Preparing and cleaning rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning using appropriate chemicals, and replenishing amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Delivering thorough cleans for villas and apartments in a timely manner - while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
  • Cleaning of Common Areas and Facilities.
  • Ensuring the security and privacy of guests, demonstrating integrity and diligence at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and proactively reporting hazards, faulty, or damaged equipment to the maintenance team.
  • Willingness to be available for additional or varying duties as required.
  • Adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
