Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

To provide flexible, casual support to the Women’s and Academy kit operations, ensuring players and staff have the necessary kit, equipment, and resources for training, matches, and tours.

The Role:

  • Assist the Kit Lead with the running of the Women’s and Academy kit and laundry department — including laundry of match and training kit, attire, and equipment.
  • Help organise and pack all required kit for the Women’s First Team, WU21, and Academy teams for daily training, matches, tours, and events.
  • Be the main point of contact for the WU21 and Academy teams’ kit requirements.
  • Attend all WU21 and relevant Academy home matches, and potentially travel for away fixtures as needed.
  • Provide cover for the Women’s First Team Kit Lead when required.
  • Assist with printing and distribution of all training, match, and tour kit across the Women’s and Academy departments.
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Women’s & Academy Kit Lead.
  • Support the wider Kit Team when required.

  • Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
  • Flexible and committed to the demands of the role, including occasional travel, evening and weekend work.
