WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Preparing, serving and clearing up after the preparation of all meals required for conferences and staff throughout the day.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of all meals required for conferences and staff on duty each day.
• Clean the kitchen areas and machinery, ensuring high standards of food hygiene within the kitchen.
• Wash all kitchen pots and utensils used in the preparation and serving of food within your working area.
• Be aware of all health and safety and hygiene regulations and adhere to them.
• Carry out other tasks/duties as instructed by the duty/head chef.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
• Disposing of rubbish working as a team member in a very busy environment
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
