DESCRIPTION:

Asado is a gem of Melbourne’s restaurant scene, and undoubtedly one of Australia’s finest Argentinian restaurants. Sitting adjacent to the Eureka Tower, our prime location means that the CBD & Southbank is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town!

Responsibilities

Supporting chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
Assisting with stock handling, deliveries, and restocking fridges or shelves.
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment as part of a supportive team.
Taking direction from senior chefs and contributing to smooth service flow.
