A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Casual Leisure Receptionist to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conference and events.
We are looking for a Casual Leisure Receptionist to deliver a high standard of customer service to our members and guests.
Duties to include:
· Member interactions
· Taking bookings and payments for various activities and goods
· Membership enquires and tours
· Dealing with telephone enquiries
· Cash handling
The shift times are 6.15 am to 10.30am, 7.15am to 2.30pm, 10.30am to 3pm, 6.15am to 3pm, 9.30am to 1pm, 10am to 2pm, 4pm-7.30pm 2.30pm to 9pm and 3pm to 10pm.
Must have previous customer service experience and be computer literate, previous reception experience would be preferred.
