Do you have experience working in Spinal Cord or Intensive Care Nursing? Or are you an experienced LPN interested in training in ventilator care?

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with full, non-restricted registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Compassionate, collaborative and dedicated - can work independently and in a team
• Interest and experience in Spinal Cord Injury & Home Care is an asset
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is an asset

Day shifts may be available in future depending on experience, interest and training as day shifts involve two team members - one lead nurse and one Care Aide.

• Night shifts will always have two care team members working, typically two LPNs and/or RNs working together for 12 hour shifts

• Casual (Work vacation or sick coverage shifts based on your availability)
• Night Shifts 20:00 - 08:00 (12 hour shifts)*

Day shifts may be available in future depending on experience, interest and training as day shifts involve two team members - one lead nurse and one Care Aide.

• Night shifts will always have two care team members working, typically two LPNs and/or RNs working together for 12 hour shifts.

Location: The client primarily lives in West Vancouver. Travel subsidies per shift are available depending on applicants distance from client’s home. Opportunities to travel within BC are also available (all travel expenses paid).
