Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing:
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of residents’ rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furniture are kept clean and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
  • Regularly clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
  • Laundry Services:
  • Manage the collection, washing, drying, and returning of residents’ personal laundry and linens.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of residents’ garments to avoid damage.
  • Waste Management:
  • Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
  • Follow proper protocols for the disposal of hazardous waste materials.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
  • Resident Interaction:
  • Maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents.
  • Be attentive to the needs and preferences of residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Communicate any resident concerns or requests to the appropriate staff

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Answer any questions regarding food and beverage options.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address any guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and beverage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and service areas regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage operations.
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with F&B to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions.
  • Support other team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations
