Parkland CLASS is looking for a casual LPN who is available to care duties for a 3-year-old boy who is palliative. The Company: Parkland C.L.A.S.S. is a family-based organization, focused on increasing the quality of life for children and adults with developmental disabilities through individual choice, dignity and rights since 1963. We support over 350 Individuals in Central Alberta. The Position: Care is provided in the foster family’s home and limited access to home will be available (bathroom/child's bedroom). Child resides in Rocky Mountain House. Hours are casual due to the child being medically fragile and spending time in the Hospital. Must have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, bathing, feeding, lifting

Responsibilities

Provide palliative care for a 3-year-old boy within a foster family's home. Responsibilities include medication administration, respiratory support, and assistance with daily living activities.
