ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fresh Collective is seeking a self-motivated and friendly Driver to join our dynamic Logistics Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing hospitality group, providing logistical support for high-quality events across Sydney.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food, and kitchen equipment with care.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
• Work closely with the logistics team on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Ensure that all items are delivered safely and on time, and returned to the correct locations.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A full manual driver’s license.
• Previous courier or driver experience, with a strong understanding of Sydney’s CBD and surrounding areas, including the location of loading docks.
• A hard-working, reliable attitude with a focus on teamwork and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on rotating shifts across the week
