Our clinic in Thuringowa is seeking enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team. This is a casual position working between Monday to Friday when required. You will work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

Driving the delivery of high-quality reception

✨ Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect and empathy
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

• Ability to cover shifts during the week for annual leave and unplanned leave
• Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
