Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, checking for accurate receival and dispatch of goods
• Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
• Processing counter sales
• Maintaining safety processes
• General Administrative Processes and supporting with telephone and reception enquiries.
• Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
